1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions govern your participation and involvement in the Beyond The Runway fashion show event (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”) organized by Dynamic Visual Productions (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”).

1.2. By participating in or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not participate in or attend the Event.

2. Event Participation

2.1. Participation in the Event, whether as a model, designer, makeup artist, hair stylist, volunteer, sponsor, vendor, attendee, or in any other capacity, is subject to approval by the Organizer.

2.2. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual or entity at its sole discretion.

3. Venue

3.1. The Event will take place at the venue specified by the Organizer.

3.2. Participants and attendees must adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the venue management.

3.3. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience resulting from actions or omissions of the venue management.

4. Liability Waiver

4.1. By participating in or attending the Event, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with such activities, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and theft.

4.2. You hereby waive and release the Organizer, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from or in connection with your participation in or attendance at the Event.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All intellectual property rights associated with the Event, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, photographs, and videos, are owned by the Organizer or its respective owners.

5.2. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property associated with the Event without the prior written consent of the Organizer or the respective rights holders.

6. Indemnification

6.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or in connection with your participation in or attendance at the Event.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Organizer regarding your participation in or attendance at the Event and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

7.2. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7.3. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Harris County.
